Reviews and Endorsements:

“One of the preeminent corporate-law commentators in the country, Hansen brings insight and wisdom to both cutting-edge issues and day-to-day practical questions.”

~Evelyn BrodyProfessor of Law, Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, IL

“Mr. Hansen, a nationally known and well regarded expert on the law of corporate governance, has teamed with Don G. Lents, Chairman of Bryan Cave, to write a new edition of a book which continues to be an important part of every corporate library.”  ~R. Francis BalottiRichards, Layton & Finger, Wilmington, DE

“Hansen and Lents have authored what must be considered the authoritative text on Missouri Corporation Law. It is both scholarly and eminently practical. While comprehensive in its annotations and sourcing, it still manages to guide the practitioner skillfully and with seeming ease through the complexities of the law. Its thoroughness gives it appeal to the law student and the scholar, but its clarity makes it a ‘must-have’ for every Missouri lawyer.”

~Charles M. ElsonEdgar S. Wollard Professor of Corporate Governance, Director of the Center of Corporate Governance, College of Business & Economics, University of Delaware
