About the Author: Jeffery A. Meyers is Chair of the Environmental & Toxic Tort Group at Nelson, Kinder, Mosseau & Saturley, PC.  A graduate of Georgetown Law, he began his legal career with the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office, eventually successfully arguing the first criminal environmental conviction on appeal before the New Hampshire Supreme Court.  At Nelson, Kinder, Mosseau & Saturley, PC, Mr. Meyers represents a variety of manufacturers and developers on an assortment of air pollution, hazardous and solid waste, wetlands and water pollution control cases.
